• The existing building was purchased unconditionally however, Redtree utilised both the seldom used Retail to Residential Permitted Development Rights and the normal planning process to successfully obtain planning permission for 9 x residential units and 2 x commercial units through a series of separate planning applications.
• Redtree completed construction of all residential and commercial units in 2020 and with all units being let the project has been held by Redtree as an investment.
