• Following a review of Redtree’s investment portfolio a planning application was submitted on the airspace of an existing residential investment building to create a stunning architecturally designed two bed penthouse apartment.
• Due to the building’s location in South Shoreditch Conservation Area, Redtree designed a high quality building where the façade is to be constructed of weathered Corten steel so as to complement the existing and neighbouring buildings.
• Redtree successfully obtained planning permission for the proposed scheme in April 2017.
