New Build Scheme of 17 Luxury Apartments

• Redtree purchased this site in May 2016.
• An application by the previous owner was refused at local level and then subsequently dismissed at Appeal by the Planning Inspectorate.
• Using the Appeal refusal as a blueprint, Redree undertook a radical redesign of the site with White Arkitekter Architects. The redesign sought to address all of the Inspector’s criticisms of the previous scheme.
• Owing to the demand for small units coupled with Elmbridge Borough Council’s Housing Needs Assessment, Redtree designed two blocks of 17 apartments comprising entirely of one and two bed units.
