New Build Contemporary Penthouses

• In June 2017, Redtree submitted an application for 2 x two bed luxury penthouse apartments to be built over the air space of an existing freehold investment which was retained by Redtree following development in 2012.
• Working closely with Sada Architects & Designers, Redtree have chosen a contemporary design on the extension which responds to and complements the contemporary nature of the existing building. In addition, a green wall has been proposed to cover the northern flank wall to enhance the aesthetics of the building.
• A positive planning decision is expected from the London Borough of Islington in December 2017.
