New Build & Conversion

• Conversion of a dilapidated hostel into a 157 bed hotel with substantial bar and dining facilities on one of Bayswater’s most prestigious roads
• As the building was within Bayswater Conservation Area the entire façade had to be retained using a rake and shore system
• Redtree continuously liaised with both Westminster Council’s Planning and Building Control Department throughout the project to ensure that the project was completed to the highest standard
• The project involved an extensive addition to the rear of the site using a timber frame structure
• Completed September 2009
