• Acting as main contractor, Redtree extensively refurbished this Grade II stucco faced Victorian hotel to produce 181 bespoke bedrooms while ensuring that the original Victorian featureswere restored and maintained throughout the reception, restaurant and bar areas
• Redtree worked closely with the developer, Westminster Council and English Heritage to ensure that the building was completed as per the Listed Building Consent
• Completed July 2009
