• Redtree entered into a commercial arrangement with the management company and leaseholders of Lambton Court whereby Redtree would re-purpose the existing façade and extensively refurbish both the existing building common parts and in return would obtain the right to develop the airspace of the existing building.
• In 2019 Redtree successfully obtained planning permission for 2 x 1 bedroom penthouse apartments and 2 x 2 bedroom penthouse apartments.
• Redtree are currently on site constructing the apartments with completion set for Spring 2021.
